    Question

I might have a hernia, my stomach sometimes gets cramps on the right side a few inches above my pubic hair. It is kind of a concentrated pain and is not very painful and not constant. It rarely hurts but a few times a day it might. Is it most likely not something bad, should I just wait till my next doctors appointment to get it checked or should I hurry?

    Answer

If you next doctor's appointment is not for a month or so, I would go in sooner for a check. Hernias can be serious problems if your intestine gets caught in the hole where the hernia is, it can be a surgical emergency. See your doctor soon!
