    Question

What would cause bumps in the center of your nipple that are painful on a 14 year old boy?

    Answer

The cause could be irritation from clothing or an allergy to something touching the nipples. It is unlikely though, that only the nipples would be affected. Boys' nipples can be tender for the same reason girls' can be -- hormonal stimulation. Also, touching your nipples a lot could cause them to become painful. I hope this helps.
