    Question

I was sexually abused as a child. At the age of 6 up until I was 10 including intercourse and fingering. I once found blood on my panties when I was 6 after he fingered me and I remember it hurt. I've never had sex after that. Am I still a virgin? My boyfriend and I tried several times but it hurt too much and I couldn't do it. Is there a problem?

    Answer

I am very sorry that you experienced sexual abuse when you were younger and that now things are not going smoothly. It would be a good idea to talk to your doctor and have an exam to make sure everything is physically okay and then talk with a counselor about your feelings.

I am sure everything will be fine, it may just take some time.
