Question
I have excess breast tissue for over 3 years if I am right. Now I am 17 years old. It is a serious cause of embarrassmentnt for me. Is there any way to reduce the size? Is it a disease as I have had this problem for quite some time? Is there any exercise to reduce the fat on my chest?

| The most common cause of this, as you may know, which is not at all serious and fairly common is growing teenagers. It usually goes back to normal eventually, over 4-7 years, more or less. However, perhaps you should see your doctor if it is larger than you would think. The doctor may want to do some tests and see if he can help you. More information on male breasts
