    What is sexual responsibility?

    Answer

    I believe that sexual responsibility means that no matter what sexual behavior you choose for yourself, it should always be based on a concern for the well-being of both others and yourself. This is only possible if "all sexual encounters are negotiated with: An honest statement of your feelings An equal recognition of the other person's feelings, and Taking a responsibility for avoiding unwanted outcomes like pregnancy or disease (meaning you use condoms and a reliable method of birth control)."
