Question
I have recently started having unprotected sex with my boyfriend after we both had full STD tests and got negative results. But soon after cumming inside me, as well as when I first pee after sex and for a while afterwards I feel a burning sensation. I read that it's related to my having too much prostaglandin E-2, which also leads to premature ejaculation. Is there anything I can do about it?

This does happen occasionally -- I have had patients who need to use condoms to be comfortable, you may need to do this.
