Question
My guy friend was walking me home after a party, i was intoxicated and i am only 14, and my guy friend is 18...he walked me to the end of my street and started whispering things to me and then it went on from there and we had sex, i didnt bleed tho, does that mean i am still a virgan? and is that considered rape?
Answer
Yes this is considered rape! In general, if you have NOT consented to sexual activity and were forced to participate, or unaware enough to say "no" - that is rape.
No matter what ANYONE tells you, it is not your fault.
