    Question

I have small white spots around the base of my penis and up one side, they do not itch and have been covered in the FAQ. However, no one has given any advise on what can be done to get rid of them.

    Answer

Most men have clusters of small flesh-colored bumps on the shaft of the penis. If that is what you are referring to, it is normal and there is no treatment. However, most things like this need to be seen by a doctor, so next time you have an exam, show your doctor. They will not be uncomfortable.
