Question
I am suicidal and I have a plan of action. I am ready to take the pills, and I want to know what I should do. Please help me. If you don't respond I will know to take the pills. To know that you answered my letter refer to me as KORN.
Answer
Do not do it. Get help now by calling Suicide Prevention at 1-800-273-TALK and share your feelings with someone who can help you problem solve whatever situation you are in. You know to write to us for help so please follow up and talk with someone. Things in life that seem impossible today can look much different tomorrow with a new perspective. There is lots of help available for anyone who is depressed and despairing. You just have to reach out and share your pain and people will be there for you. You did the right thing to ask for help.
