    Question

I am an 18 year old male who can't keep an erection long enough. I have sex with my girlfriend and only go for 3 to 5 minutes. I have tried pills, but those don't work. What I want is something that will give me longer erections and a size difference because I know that I am undersized. What can I do to get this fixed?

    Answer

First, relax! Once this problem starts, it is hard to relax and the stress makes it worse. Second, see your doctor. He or she may have you see a specialist, called a urologist, to make sure everything is physically OK. Finally, see a counselor and talk about other things (emotional) that might be getting in the way.

While all of that is happening enjoy time with your girlfriend that is not sexually-focused. Build a stronger relationship, and do not worry! Good luck.
