    Question

    Everything. I can't remember what I ate for dinner the previous night, what my mom told me two minutes ago, things I'm supposed to do, etc. It was just an annoyance at first, but now it's getting kind of creepy. Could this be anything?

    Answer

    This is a common problem and it's likely related to stress. Often, it can also be a sign of anxiety or depression. It's important during big transitions to stay in communication with your parents and friends about the stress you are feeling. If you feel it's not controllable still, you should consider seeing a counselor or your doctor. At your age, it is unlikely that something very bad is going on...
