    Question

Is it true that as long as I've been going out with my boyfriend for five months that I couldn't get in trouble for having sex with him once I turn 18?(He is 16.)

    Answer

As far as I know, dating does not change the law. If you are 18 or over and he is a minor, you can get in trouble. Every county is different though in what they prosecute.
