I am 13 this year and I want to know is there a way to slow down puberty?
Answer
I am not clear why you would want to slow down puberty, a completely natural and normal process, especially at your age, 13. If you are uncomfortable with the changes your body and mind are undergoing, please talk with your parent or trusted counselor or physician about this.
