    Question

How can you talk to your mom about the changes you go through?

    Answer

All preteens and teens have many questions about their changing bodies. Everyone develops at a different rate and it's hard not to compare ourselves to our friends. It helps to talk with an adult and there is no one better than your mom. All women remember what they went through and how it felt when their bodies changed. It may be embarrassing at first, but your mother will be happy when you talk to her -- she probably is wondering how to approach the subject herself!
