Question

How do I get rid of acne spots?

Answer

You can start w/ benzoyl peroxide and salacylic acid products over-the-counter. The trick is to apply the creams over the entire area which tends to get acne, because the treatment works better in preventing new acne lesions rathen than treating those which have already formed. If that doesn't help, see a dermatologist for prescription treatment. If you develop dark spots after the acne bumps have healed, those can be treated by over-the-counter hydroquinone. If that doesn't help, then can treat with a stronger prescription concentration.
