    Question

I was thinking about getting my eyebrown pierced. Would that affect my sight? Can my doctor do the eyebrow piercing?

    Answer

You can ask your doctor, but most people use a piercing studio -- one that uses new needles and sterilizes everything. You can ask them to explain their sterilizing techniques, which a good studio will happily do. Remember to follow their after-piercing instructions and keep it clean to avoid problems. There is always a risk, but keeping the area clean and seeing a doctor if there is any sign of infection will reduce the chance of negative consequences.
