Question
About three years ago I had unprotected sex with a female and contracted an std. The exam consisted of sticking a very long q-tip like instrument inside my penis. This was done twice, because something went wrong the first time. Ever since then, I have not been able to ejaculate far. After one burst, the ejaculate just oozes out. Any secondary orgasm produces no sperm at all. Will I be able to have children and is this treatable/correctable (even through surgery)?
Answer
There is not likely to be any problem with fertility. As long as the semen is coming out, fertility should not be a problem. The only problem I can even Imagine from this history, and even this would be very unlikely, would be if some scarring were caused by the STD. If there is scarring (urethral stricture), I would expect you to notice that your URINARY stream was slow or thin. If you have noticed URINARY problems, you should see a Urologist to check.
