    Question

    I'm a 15 Year old Girl I went to school today and started crying when my best friend asked me how i was. this is the second time i've done this i dont know whats wrong i just start crying peopel will say the littleist things to me and i'll lose it or freakin out on them i dont know waht to do i need help how can i stop crying..help me i need to figure out whats wrong with me i cant talk it much longer, i need to do something!

    Dear Teen: The fact that you start crying for no obvious reason means that you are having strong emotional reactions that you do not understand. The best thing you could do is go talk to a licensed counselor in the community or at least a school counselor to have that person help you identify what may be causing you to feel so vulnerable. Many times people are not aware that certain types of life stress can cause emotional reactions. It takes someone who is trained in emotional communication to help uncover why you react the way you do.
