Question
If I keep having anal sex will it affect the size of the anal hole in a few years and also if my boyfriend ejaculates inside there, is it bad? and does it cause infection? also is it common for feces to be expelled during anal sex?
Answer
Anal sex is very risky and without using a condom, you are at risk for many sexually transmitted infections, including HIV. Because the anus has very thin tissue and it tears easily during sex, transfer of those infections into your blood stream is very easy. Please use lubrication to reduce tearing and condoms.
In addition, sometimes there is a little feces in your anus that will come out during sex.
