I am fourteen and I have frequent erections sometimes out of nowhere and there quite embarrassing is this normal when going through the puberty process?
Answer
Yes, this is perfectly normal, and embarrassing, I am sure. All day long you get testosterone "bursts" that can cause this, even if you are not thinking about anything that might cause the erection. The only advice is do not panic, it will go away. Baggy clothes have a purpose!
