    Question

When I was younger I had a testicle that did not descend and for some reason had to be removed. This leaves me with one and I was wondering is it possible to have a second one implanted? I think I would feel more comfortable if I at least looked like other guys.

    Answer

"Someone" is misinformed. The testicles often hang at different levels, and for most people the side never switches. It has nothing at all to do with which testicle is producing sperm. Both testicles produce sperm continuously, and both supply sperm to the semen at each and every ejaculation.
