Question
My son is 10 and has small red bumps on his penis. I found out because he told me he thought he had chicken pox. It doesn't look like it, but the bumps look like blood blisters, only not really a blister because they aren't raised bumps. They aren't bigger then millimeter (but he is still little) and it doesn't cover his body, just his penis. He is young and we told him that he needs to wash himself better, but I wanted to get your views on it because other questions were dealing with issues of sexual partners etc, not just a rash.
Answer
This could actually be normal changes in the skin. It could just be from rubbing. You did not say if your son was circumcised or not.
It's VERY hard to say what they could be. Please take your son to see his doctor and get it checked out!
