Question
The skin on my testicles have been very itchy for a couple of months now and gets very dry. As I itch, it gets more dry and the skin cracks and starts to peel off. I really don?t know what it is but the dry skin is starting to get bigger in size and I can?t help it not to itch.. What is this ?
Answer
Dry skin and fungus are the usual suspects. I would suggest you wash every day and use powder in the groin, this absorbs moisture and keeps the chaffing down. Of course there are multiple skin conditions that can affect the scrotum and you need to see your health care provider to diagnose the condition for effective treatment.
