Answer
Dear Teen: With this type of serious physical and sexual abuse in your past you are suffering from Post Traumatic Stress and need to see a professional counselor to work through this very traumatic period of your life. Hopefully your new boyfriend is kind and understanding of why you are so anxious when you are touched. It is important for you to get help so that you don't continue to have problems with this in your life.
You showed great courage to go to the police and end that nightmare, but now it is time for you to take the next step and get some psychological help. Please call RAINN (Rape and Incest National Network) 1-800-656-HOPE (http://www.rainn.org/) and they will connect you to a local counselor who can help - it is free and 24/7.
