    Question

I am 14 years old and have noticed within the last 2 months some changes. I have had no sexual contact whatsoever, but yet I saw what looked like a white bubble about 2mm wide, on the underside of my penis. recently I have noticed an area on my penis that looks to be like dry white skin, which is sensitive. Without sexual contact, is it possible to have an STD?

    Answer

No, you cannot have a sexually transmitted infection without having had sex, so it is probably nothing to worry about, but show it to your doctor next time you get a physical.
