    Question

What are the chances of contracting an STD after protected sex and oral sex (no condom but also no cum)?

    Answer

Protected sex means that the intercourse was protected from pregnancy by using a reliable method of birth control and protected by disease by using a condom. Therefore, your intercourse does not sound protected and therefore pregnancy and disease are a possible outcome.
