Question
I?m a guy that recently had sex for the first time and this is going to sound seriously strange but after your first time what changes does your penis go through is there supposed to be pain an tearing
Answer
In general the penis shouldn't hurt after sex nor should there be any injury to the penis. Without a careful history and physical exam it is really not possible to give you an accurate answer. I would encourage you to see a health care provider to review your concerns.
