    Question

A few days ago, my left testicle was slightly sore. Then two days ago, the skin on that testicle became sore and irritated, despite not having been scratched or rubbed, and now it is very painful and has scabbed over. It is also pussing, and it is extremely painful to move! Anti-septic cream hasn't worked, what should I do?

    Answer

Please seek medical attention. It sounds as if you have an infection that will require antibiotics. Skin can become infected anywhere, even the genitals, for many different reasons. Please see a doctor right away.
