Question

If I was bulimic, and now I'm ready to stop. How should I eat now? And what kind of reactions should I expect in my body?

Answer

You are asking some complex questions.

Since we don't know your history and what you've been doing, it's so hard to tell you what you should do now. It would be best for you to see your doctor and a nutritionist to get your body on the road to recovery. That would be the safest and healthiest way.

You have a serious disorder that requires medical attention. Give yourself the best chance to get well -- see your doctor.
