Question
I am 19 and about 5 days ago I started having trouble with my erection, it didn't get hard as usual and I couldn't get it back up after I came once, which I normally can. I tried to masturbate today but only got a soft erection again. Is this a normal phase or a problem?
Answer
This is probably just a normal phase. Unfortunately, once there is a seed of doubt, the erections tend to be less reliable for a while. Best thing you can do is try not to worry about it or force the issue.
