Question
I am a 20-year-old male and had sexual intercourse with my girlfriend. That day she had coarse hair. This was also one of the first times I had used a condom. I started having very small red spots, some just spots, some very slightly raised on the left side of my scrotum and at the base of the shaft. I used triple antibiotic and it started to go away, then it started to reappear again even brighter (while still using the triple antibiotic). It also is now on the bottom part of the shaft touching the scrotum. There is slight itching. If I itch it though it seems it will itch even more and possibly spread. I have never had anything like this before, so I am not sure at all what it is. She also said that she had a non-cancer form of HPV.
Answer
It is difficult to properly diagnose your symptoms without an exam. You should make an appointment with your physician ASAP to rule out any possible infection. Your girlfriend probably has the "low-risk" form of HPV which can cause viral warts or be asymptomatic. Viral warts do not improve with antibiotic use (usually remove them).
