    Question

Is the blood in menstrual discharge capable of carrying disease? Should the tampons, tissues, etc. be disposed of in an extraordinary, or bio-hazard manner?

    Answer

Yes, in fact, menstrual blood, as a body fluid, can carry disease, and should be disposed of carefully and people should not come into contact with it.
