Question
I have a question on sexual harassment. What if one of your male friends approached you and asked you to do stuff you didn't want to do and you don't reply but walk away. Then he continually asks up until the point that you consent out of desperation. Is this situation still considered harassment?
Answer
Everything up to the point that you consent is harassment - and schools and police can help protect you from it. This person is no friend if he continuously asks you to do things you do not want to do, and you need to talk to an adult you trust to help you develop ways of resisting, saying no, and avoiding things you do not want to do. Good luck!
