    Question

Well i'm 14 and for about 3-4 months my balls have been hurting at random intervals during the day one of my balls are larger than the other, is it cancer?, if so can you die from testicular cancer and how long before it's serious.

    Answer

Generally testicular cancer is a painless lump in the testicle rather than general swelling of the whole testicle. However, YOU CAN'T DIAGNOSE ANYTHING OVER THE INTERNET. You really need to see a doctor to review your concerns and symptoms and examine you and teach you to examine yourself. One of the things we often neglect in health care for young men is teaching them the testicular self exam. Good luck and please seek health care for your concerns.
