    Question

Hey I'm 13 and haven't ever had any sexual experiences. I will say that I'm a frequent masturbator and lately I've been having small whitish bumps on my penis. I thought that maybe they were like ingrown hairs but today one turned into a pimple. I popped it and it was like a normal pimple. Are these normal? I'm afraid that I have something.

    Answer

You can't "have something" if you have not had sex - getting a sexually transmitted infection requires exchange of skin or body fluids - usually duing sex. My vote it is a pimple - you can get a pimple anywhere you have skin - same rules apply though - keep the area clean and dry and do not pick at it!
