i am 14 and ive had sex 10 times and i felt bad about it every time. i want to become abstinent. is it to late or did i mess up really bad?

Answer
It is never too late! You are only 14 and should be thinking about your future - and will have many years to become sexual - later! You are wise and I am glad you are listening to your heart - trust yourself and do not let anyone tell you that since you already have had sex you cannot stop. There are many young women, like you, who stop and call themselves secondary virgins - it means you do not have sex - by choice! You are worth it! Good luck and trust yourself!
