Question
Hi, in my left testicle it sometimes tends to hurt but not frequently, every couple months i feel a pain or so in my testicle but it tends to go away in a day or so? And i am not sexually active. Is it serious?
Also i noticed today that i have a hole in the middle of my penis, and when i looked inside this whitish/yellowish flaky skin piece came out but with simple touches it came out. Didnt smell, wasnt liquid, just a flaky skin piece. What is this?
Answer
The testicular pain is most likely not serious. An occasional discomfort lasting less than a few days without any other symptoms is usually an irritation or strain. Of course there is a good deal of information I don't have and giving a complete answer is impossible. If you have an lump or bump on your testicle or ongoing discomfort please seek health care.
In regard to the hole in your penis. There are some things you simply have to see to evaluate. Please see your family physician or other health care provider for examination and advice. Doesn't sound dangerous but again it is really impossible to diagnose over the internet.
Good luck!
