is there any makeup available to fill in a gash scar on the face.

One makeup which might help you is Dermablend. They have a Dermablend Corrective Cosmetics System which works pretty well. You can find out more about it on www.dermablend.com. Some stores that carry this brand will also have a person trained by the company who can help you select the correct colors and show you how to use the makeup correctly. Good luck!
