Question
the skin on my the tip of my penis has recently become hard and crusty, and i can peel it off. there is very rarely any pain from it. i also just soaked it in peroxide, and found that it is infected, and that there are 2 red bumps there. Is this just a bad case of jock itch? could it be more serious?
