    Question

I was sexually abused for 2 years and it almost led to rape. Its been 4 years and I can't let it go. Is that normal? How do I deal with it?

    Answer

It is not so easy to "let go" of things like sexual abuse - it leaves scars deep inside. Do not be hard on yourself. Please see a counselor who can help. Many insurance plans provide for mental health - ask your parents if they will get you connected to someone you can talk to. Good luck!
