i am zana and I am 24 years old, I have some rash from the sun under my eyes, they have orange colour, and I have it too about my lips, can you help me please and what you prefer me to do, thank very much.

I am not sure exactly what you have from your description and need a little more information:
1 - Is the rash bumpy or are the areas completely flat?
2 - How do you know it is from the sun - does the sun make it worse and/or does it fade in winter?
3 - Is it located directly on your lips or is it on the skin around your lips?
4 - As far as the orange color - are you very pale-skinned or is your skin darker brown?
5 - Is the rash a diffuse color or is it discrete small spots, such as those seen with freckles?
