Question
I have cramps below my stomach and i have been experiencing brownish discharge. this is the first day it has happened and i don't have my period yet. should i be worried ?
Answer
The brown discharge may be your period - just old blood, and your body just starting up. Use a sanitary pad and keep track on a calendar - of when you have cramps and this brown discharge or blood. Congratulations!
