    Question

Long ago someone kept telling me to touch him and now that im 14 thats all I can think of. Since then all think of every day is sex and sexual desires. All day I think of having sex with someone specially someone my own gender. I am a male and all think of every day is guys. I admit that im gay but i just dont want to tell anyone. The thing is that i think i need help because I cant be around a guy without getting an erection and its affecting my daily life. I really need help because dont want to have this feelings at all times. What can I do? Or is this normal for someone who is gay?

    Answer

I am sorry that you were forced to touch someone else and that you are feeling so "out of control" now. It is actually very normal for someone your age to think quite a bit about other people and sex, so do not be too hard on yourself. I think seeing a counselor would be a great idea - someone you can talk with and not worry about what he or she thinks. Ask your parents if your medical insurance would allow for you to see someone and get some help making an appointment. You are 14 and it is OK to say that you do not want to tell them why, but growing up is tough, and needing some privacy, you want someone to talk with. Good luck.
