Question
I like this guy who goes to another school, he's my best friend's cousin. Our schools are associated with each other (mine's all girls, his is all boys) and he picked me in dancing lessons at school. He was being nice and funny and I was being nice back, we have a lot in common but I never get to see him. How do I find out if he likes me back? Do I tell my best friend?..we never keep secrets from each other but I'm afraid she'll tell.

Always tough choices in life, eh? I guess you have to weigh telling her about your affection for her cousin against him finding out, which is not really a bad thing, right?
It seems like you could either tell her, and if she talks to him, then you will know if he likes you too, or you can wait until you see him again, and then ask him if he likes you, which might lead to sharing phone numbers or email addresses so you can get to know each other better. Sorry there are no magic answers when it comes to the heart. Good luck!
