How do I clean myself out after my partner comes inside me?
Answer
My first question is, why are you not using a condom, which would take care of this issue? If your partner used a condom, or if you used a female condom, there would be nothing to clean out of your vagina.
If you do not want to use a condom, then there is nothing you can do. Douching is a no-no because it can push things up into your reproductive tract.
