Call your doctor's office and ask the nurse if at 14 your mom will be told if you come in. IF not, make an appointment and get yourself there. If so, tell your mom you need an appointment and tell her why - and hope she helps you get healthy before she explains why she is mad or disappointed. Your health is important - do not ignore your symptoms! Being sexually active (and you are) is a responsibility.
