Question
when i was lifting up a piece of sheet rock i felt something pull in my left testicle area the doctors say its not a hernia or apiditmitas. but when i feel my balls i fell two little balls in side of the left testicle and it hurts the pain goes to my stomach and down my leg what else do you think it could be

From the description of how the injury occurred, I would suspect the pain is just a pulled muscle (there are muscles in the cord leading to the testicle), But feeling "two little balls inside of the left testicle" does raise concern about cancer, so you should definitely see a urologist to get another examination.
