    Question

I am a 16, and at my physical they found semen in my urine. I had an erection during the exam (the doctor commented to me on the pre-cum at the tip of my penis) and I gave the sample after it. Could that have effected the sample? What types of exams/procedures will I go through now because of it?

    Answer

My first response is why not ask the doctor who is doing the exam, but semen can be found in the urine any time a man has been sexually aroused, because the prostate and some glands in the urethra will secrete a small amount of fluid even before climax. It is no cause for concern, and should not result in any further testing.
