Question

I have red bumps that start from underneath my belly button and spread around through the inside of my thighs. They look like tiny little patches of dry skin because they are flaky, but I keep putting lotion on and they don't go away. I've had them for about 10 days or so. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

Answer

There are a lot of things that can look like this, including eczema, ringworm, allergic reactions, hereditary skin disorders, and irritant reactions, among others. The only way to differentiate these is to see a dermatologist and have it diagnosed. Good luck!
