    Question

What could be the cause for a clear, almost gelatinous substance to discharge during my ejaculation? It's very noticeably separate from the other fluids. Also, if I haven't ejaculated in several weeks, the amount of this discharge is such that I can feel it uncomfortably moving from the base of my penis outward and becomes the bulk of my ejaculate.

    Answer

Hi, It sounds as though there is some kind of cyst somewhere in the urine/prostate system which is doing this. This assumes it is not just excess seminal fluid, which you indicated it probably is not. In any case it does not sound serious at all. That said I would recommend you visit your doctor or see a Urologist to have it checked out, particularly as it has not gone away after some time. Thanks for contacting us.
